Contract to Exhibit at the SEC WOCN® Society
2024 Annual Conference
The SEC WOCN® hereby leases one or more 8´x 10´ booth(s) for the purpose of exhibiting, demonstrating, and otherwise advertising their products at the SEC of the WOCN® Society conference, August 22 - 24, 2024. In consideration of this lease, the lessee hereby agrees to pay to the order of SEC of the WOCN® Society, the sum of $1,500 per booth. For each booth leased, the exhibitor will be allowed two representatives. A fee of $150 will be charged for each additional representative. Unregistered booth personnel will be asked to leave the exhibit hall. You will choose your booth below based on the diagram and sponsor level indicated. Take note of the sold booths and what companies you want to avoid being next to in the hall.
Cancellations must be requested in writing by July 1, 2024 and are subject to a $100 processing fee. No cancellation or refunds will be granted after July 1, 2024 By signing and entering into this contractual agreement with the SEC of the WOCN® Society, the exhibitor agrees to the terms contained in the above, as well as terms of the venue, fire marshal and exhibit service providers. Exhibitors may not hold conflicting events at the same time as any activities scheduled during the SEC of the WOCN® Society conference exhibit times, educational sessions, or symposia offerings. Exhibitors may invite attendees to activities during the free time on Thursday after the exhibit hall closes.
